Look! jenn fixed it so i have a title line!!

I'm reading The Purpose Driven Life right now-i recommend it. It's a 40 day thing-1 chapter a day-takes hardly any time and it prompts me to think about some of the more difficult questions about my life. Anyway, i found this poem in the book and really liked it. In the chapter, Rick Warren talks about how God has this amazing plan and how God planned for us all individually before we were even conceived. I really like how the author of the poem writes about going through trauma and how God wants us to grow and let our hearts be changed through it. Something i've been slowly learning.

You are who you are for a reason.
You're a part of an intricate plan.
You're a precious and perfect unique design,
Called God's special woman or man.

You look like you for a reason.
Our God made no mistake.
He knit you together within the womb,
You're just what he wanted to make.

The parents you had were the ones he chose,
And no matter how you may feel,
They were custom-designed with God's plan in ind,
And they bear the Master's seal.

No, that trauma you faced was not easy.
And God wept that it hur you so;
But it was allowed to shape your heart
So that inot his likeness you'd grow.

You are who you are for a reason,
You've been formed by the Master's rod.
You are who you are, beloved,
Because there is a God!
