Long Lost Friends

It's been a good weekend catching up with all the people who have left this fabulous utopia of Saskatoon for other places. : ) Wade made an interesting comment about us all connecting at FGCC and none of us really go there now. Funny how life and people change i guess. It was really good to hear what is happening in the lives of my friends. Emails/FB is fine and all, but it's just not the same. I'll post a few pic.'s when i get around to it. : )

I was visiting with a friend i haven't seen since last year and they asked me "What's new?" I said not much.....new job, new car, new church, new people, went travelling, family health scare, you know, the usual. hahaha....wow. Then i realized just how much of my life has changed this year. No wonder i've felt really stressed at times! It's also nice to feel like i've survived through it all. I had told people i thought i'd try getting married this year b/c i hadn't done it yet....but i think with all the other things that have happened maybe i'll wait til next year. ; ) haha.

nothing much new to report people. this is the first year i don't have "Christmas holidays" It'll definitely be different. someone said that was b/c i had a 'real job' this year. i almost decked them in the nose. apparently teaching children how to function and learn is not a 'real job'. apparently i'm not quite over that. : ) i went to the movie dan in real life. i really liked it. i think i would consider buying it. i have homeade stuffing in the oven for our weekly sunday potluck. someone was going to bring boxed instead. i thought they were nuts. hope it doesn't taste like poo now. that would be awkward. and then i wouldn't win. i am thinking i should go to caro's next weekend. i really miss all you guys....we had A LOT of fun last time i went haha. i went to my staff party on friday. it blew. though i have a really funny awkward story that you are welcome to ask about off the blog. : ) there is no new news to report at this time just to clarify. : ) haha....hope you are all having a good week you crazy non-facebookers....though i think i have a growing hatred toward it myself....and email....it only brings overanalyzing and frustration.
