This is the baby afghan that i've been working on. It's blue and white. So....if anyone needs a baby gift....it's almost half done. I give u good deal. ; )

Stuff

I've added a whack of new links on the side. There are people from Bible School as well as a few others that i just didn't have on. It makes my life more easy then going to others only to get to another. Basically it's all about me. : )
I'm waiting now to here about my possible new job situation and now i'm hoping that it works out.
I'm getting pretty close to broke-oh Christmas gifts-think i bought u too early. I thought i was working soo much this month, but it's mostly been half days, so i realized how screwd i was in thinking that. Though if i work the next 3 full days of school, i'll be more decent for next month-at least almost average. It's amazing how 3 days of work can make such a big difference.
Christmas is soon....my counter seems to be not working though, and i'm not counting. Shannon will be home soon. YEAH!!! I got an email from her and she's still surviving-excited to come home to see me i'm sure. : )
The crochet project is going well, i've even expanded my ideas of what to make...man i'm such a loser...oh well, someone has to be. ; )

The Life of Me

So, we had the sr. high allniter on Friday nite. I lasted til all of 2 am and bailed for my bed. When did i become such a pansey? I don't remember why i loved them so much, the next day was always brutal and i always treated my family like garbage. I've come to really appreciate my sleep, if and when i actually get some. I didn't even sleep after coming home that nite, and was rather grumpy all day anyway. Good thing i stayed home away from people. : ) Skipped church this morning because i finally was sleeping well. My dad told me i'm slipping-hmm...coming from someone who suddenly stopped going a couple years ago...

My wonderful plan of crocheting a whole whack (slightly more then a bunch) of things and selling them isn't working so well. (And yes, i realize how wonderfully lame i sound here-i have more then accepted my lameness-and seeing as how most of you have benefitted from that lameness-never you mind) I've told people no more free stuff, but now i need to make my sis mitts and now dad wants an afghan which is no small amount of work. ugh. The more he whines for one though, the less i want to make it, so i guess we'll see what happens. Now, if my hands would only hold out to do stuff, life would be easier.

I have a possible job opp. coming my way. It's definitely not in my line of TA-ing but we'll see with that too i guess. I wouldn't be able to finish the school year in stoon, and i'm not sure that it would really bother me. I found out from a principal whose becoming quite an asset to me with job information and plans to hound the hiring guy that the likelyhood of the schoolboard actually hiring more this year was slim to none. This new opp. would be something new and rather exciting for me and a definite use of my planning skills. I love working and planning with the youth group, but i know i could do so much more. If you think of me in the next week, please pray that God's will comes out in this situation for me. I'll be sending my resume in this week.

Girls Nite Out

I went out on Friday night with Amy, Helen, Robin, and Allison to Saskatoon Inn for the chocolate buffet. It was a first for all of us i think. It's a good thing Amy had that gift cert. because, overall, the buffet did not live up to expectations. Even though i'm not really a chocolate lover, the buffet seemed lacking in goodness. My favourite thing was pineapple in melted hershey choc. and i do that at home. However, the company and fun made up for the unamazing food. I really like the Inn, it's always fun to wander around and take pictures. After the Inn, it was off to my place to watch Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. Amy had ordered it and just received, and really, what a great way to end a girls nite out. : )

Cara Had A Birthday!

I went to Cara's bday yesterday. Here are a few pics of the occasion. (sidenote: I've now got my hair done twice in 2 days-haha...if i ever win the lotto, i'm doing it everyday!! Had my cut from my dresser and went to HELEN for my high/low lights....and they are GREAT!! EVERYONE GO TO HELEN FOR YOUR HAIR DRESSING NEEDS!! MIDTOWN STYLISTS : ) ) All right then, back to my post....
